Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience leading multi-year transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Track record of launching products achieving $100M+ ARR within 5-year cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
