Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging technologies
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and compliance protocols
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budget and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge tools
- Mentor junior technologists and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in AI/ML, cloud architecture, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of executing technology transformation projects
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Knowledge of quantum computing, generative AI, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP and AI governance (e.g., TensorFlow, Microsoft AI-102)
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
