As a leader in our organization, you will bridge the gap between theoretical future technologies and practical implementation. You will work closely with R&D, engineering, and product teams to integrate emerging AI paradigms into scalable, high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our long-term vision for artificial intelligence and future tech integration.
- Lead AI Integration: Oversee the strategic deployment of AI agents and machine learning models to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
- Future-Proof Architecture: Design systems that are resilient and adaptable to the rapidly evolving tech landscape of the coming years.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for ambitious future projects.
- Research & Development: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing concepts, advanced NLP) and evaluate their potential for application.
- Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for future tech governance and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, with a proven track record of leading innovation initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and driving technical projects from conception to completion.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP or similar strategic management certifications are a plus.
