Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ applications across healthcare, autonomous systems, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-AI)
- Present future-vision strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on AI alignment research initiatives
- Design predictive models for societal impact of autonomous technologies
- Mentor junior researchers in futurist methodology and ethical AI principles
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research with published work on alignment or ethics
- Expertise in predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies

- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to executive audiences
