- Architect next-gen AI systems for healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous solutions
- Lead 15+ cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks
- Drive commercialization of 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Present innovations at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor AI specialists and build the next generation of talent
- Ensure all solutions align with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or AI with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proven track record of deploying production-scale AI systems
- Expertise in quantum computing and neuromorphic engineering
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and distributed computing
- Strong background in AI ethics and regulatory compliance
- Portfolio of 5+ commercialized AI innovations
