Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology roadmap for quantum-AI integration across core business units
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms
- Identify emerging quantum computing trends and translate them into actionable business strategies
- Establish partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and AI research institutions
- Present strategic quantum-AI initiatives to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Oversee implementation of quantum-safe cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Mentor quantum computing specialists and AI researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning with quantum/AI focus
- Proven track record in translating quantum computing concepts into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware limitations
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and executive audiences
- Published research in quantum computing or AI journals preferred
