Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for AI integration leading up to 2026 and beyond.
- Lead high-level architectural decisions for scalable machine learning systems and generative AI models.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies including Quantum AI, AR/VR integration, and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth, high-impact environments.
- Expert knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Demonstrated ability to forecast tech trends and align them with long-term business objectives.
