Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in federated learning, explainable AI, and ethical AI frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, or Nature AI)
- Strong background in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
