Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision and roadmap for the 2026 strategic initiative.
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance AI and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product developers to ensure delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business goals.
- Drive innovation in automation, machine learning, and sustainable computing practices.
- Establish technical standards, security protocols, and compliance frameworks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CTO role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and product launches.
- Expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strong background in strategic planning, budget management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
