Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Packaging & Labeling: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing stock checks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure only high-quality items reach our customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
