Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely and efficiently using powered industrial trucks (PIT).
- Verify and count incoming stock to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within the first 30 days.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
