Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates to meet production targets.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and speed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Forklift certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
