Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments with high accuracy and speed.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping using appropriate materials and machinery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Stock Control: Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock levels against digital records.
- Trucking Support: Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- License: Valid driver's license (if driving is part of the role).
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
