Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with precision and care.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticketing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if needed.
