Nexus Future Labs is pioneering the next generation of digital infrastructure. We are looking for a visionary Director of Emerging Technology Strategy (2026 Horizon) to guide our roadmap and ensure we remain at the cutting edge of innovation through the pivotal year of 2026 and beyond.
In this senior leadership role, you will act as the bridge between our engineering teams and executive stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying disruptive technologies—such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Tech—that will define the market landscape by 2026. You will lead a cross-functional team to evaluate, prototype, and integrate these technologies into scalable business solutions.

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive strategic vision that aligns emerging tech capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Identify Disruptive Trends: Monitor global tech trends to pinpoint breakthrough innovations (AI, Web3, Advanced Robotics) relevant to our industry.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects focused on predictive analytics, automation, and future-proofing our core platforms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate new technologies into the development lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, actionable insights for the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Partnership Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key partners in the academic and startup ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership roles.
- Deep technical understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with a focus on long-term scalability and future-proofing.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
