Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Lead the development of long-term strategic roadmaps focused on technological convergence and its impact on business operations by 2026.
- AI Governance: Establish and enforce comprehensive governance frameworks for Artificial Intelligence, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and ethical standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential future risks associated with emerging tech trends (e.g., quantum vulnerabilities, deepfakes) and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex future scenarios to the C-suite and board of directors, translating technical trends into actionable business intelligence.
- Policy Development: Draft internal policies regarding data sovereignty, algorithmic transparency, and human-AI interaction protocols.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech landscapes to spot disruptive technologies that could reshape the industry landscape within the next 3-5 years.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Public Policy, Philosophy (Ethics), or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in tech strategy, policy making, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning architectures, and emerging tech trends.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating market shifts and developing forward-looking strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
