Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain peripherals such as printers, scanners, and network equipment.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and support requests in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup of new employee workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to resolve complex technical escalations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tickets efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional, depending on location).
