Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and server health during the night shift to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Log, track, and prioritize incoming help desk tickets accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve escalated technical issues and document solutions.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security configurations during low-traffic hours.
- Communicate technical status updates to clients and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues quickly.
- Must be available to work full-time hours on the night shift schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
