Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of the long-term technology vision, focusing on AI integration, quantum readiness, and next-gen cloud architectures.
- Oversee Advanced R&D: Spearhead research initiatives into predictive analytics, autonomous decision-making systems, and sustainable energy-efficient computing.
- Lead High-Impact Teams: Manage and mentor a diverse team of senior engineers, data scientists, and strategists to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and executive leadership to ensure alignment on business goals and future capabilities.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Transform legacy systems into agile, scalable platforms capable of supporting exponential data growth and complex AI models.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or director-level role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
