Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term strategic roadmap aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Analyze emerging market trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements to identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) that track progress toward 2026 milestones.
- Present complex strategic insights to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external partners, thought leaders, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Foster a culture of agility, forward-thinking, and continuous innovation across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategy, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, executive leadership, or futurism within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading transformational initiatives and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, and quantum computing.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
