Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business goals and market trends.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Oversee the digital transformation initiatives to ensure scalability, security, and performance by 2026.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation with bleeding-edge tools and methodologies.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the tech landscape, advising the executive team on strategic pivots.
- Manage a budget for R&D and technology acquisition, ensuring maximum ROI for future-proof investments.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure the seamless deployment of futuristic solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a C-level or VP-level capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and software development lifecycle.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic plans.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
