Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology & Innovation Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen cloud architectures by 2026.
- Identify emerging tech trends and evaluate their potential impact on product development.
- Manage a team of futurists and strategic architects to prototype and validate new technologies.
- Present complex technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Foster partnerships with tech vendors and academic institutions for R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or executive management roles.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering long-term technology roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Deep expertise in AI/ML integration, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tech trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts and technological capabilities.
- PMP or similar strategic certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
