Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026+ technology roadmap, aligning R&D with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the conceptualization and prototyping of next-gen solutions (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Quantum-ready algorithms).
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for long-term innovation projects.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with at least 3 years in strategic planning or R&D management.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems architecture.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully implementing them.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
