Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the company, specifically focusing on readiness for the year 2026.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including advanced AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into technical strategies and actionable roadmaps.
- Identify and assess potential partnerships, acquisitions, or tech acquisitions to accelerate our innovation pipeline.
- Oversee the evaluation and integration of new tech stacks, ensuring scalability and security.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and board members with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or director-level role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying future tech trends and translating them into business value.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud architecture, and data science principles.
