- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation platforms that will define our product suite in 2026.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and board members.
- Future-Proof Architecture: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to future-ready, scalable architectures capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate emerging tech stacks seamlessly.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats for the Nexus Horizon ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level role managing large-scale R&D or product strategy.
- Emerging Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML trends, Blockchain integration, or Quantum computing concepts relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Technical Fluency: Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), DevOps, and software development lifecycles.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of turning abstract future concepts into tangible product roadmaps.
