Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, transactions, and account information.
- Process Orders: Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in our internal systems.

Qualifications
