Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Ensure all service calls are completed within the SLA (Service Level Agreement) timeframe.
- Document all work orders, repairs, and client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with the remote engineering team to escalate and resolve difficult tickets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Electronics, IT, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or technical support.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
