Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including Windows, macOS, and mobile device configuration.
- Manage and maintain the company's IT inventory, including laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure all endpoints are secure and compliant.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the Help Desk ticketing system.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues in the Dallas office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with remote desktop software and help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, depending on business needs.
