Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on problem resolution and satisfaction.

- Meet daily performance metrics regarding call volume, handling time, and quality scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Reliable computer hardware and a high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
