Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive technology and AI roadmap for the organization through 2026, aligning with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, Autonomous Systems) and assess their applicability to our industry.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot and scale AI-driven automation solutions, measuring ROI and success metrics.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and strategic visions to diverse stakeholders, including investors and non-technical executives.
- Identify potential risks and ethical considerations associated with advanced automation and propose mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key tech partners, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in AI and automation leadership.
