Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 era, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Architect complex, distributed systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI integration.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) and evaluate their feasibility for integration.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.

- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
