Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT helpdesk tickets using our ticketing system efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Assist with user onboarding, account provisioning, and software training sessions.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a Help Desk, IT Support, or Desktop Support role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
