Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Configure and maintain workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and access issues for internal staff.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software deployments and updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
