Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and edge cases.
- Document and track bugs using JIRA, ensuring clear communication for resolution.
- Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and maintain system stability.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues and improve user experience.
- Monitor application performance and provide actionable feedback on UI/UX improvements.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data validation.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hourly-based environment.
