- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and implementation of technologies that will define the next era of our product suite.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, high-performance systems architecture capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Pilot Emerging Tech: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to assess feasibility for production.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Direct research initiatives focused on solving complex engineering challenges for future market demands.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into actionable business insights for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and prepare for technological shifts (e.g., AI integration, 6G, Web3 standards).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability.
