Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically targeting milestones for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures using modern cloud-native frameworks (AWS/Azure).
- Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core business products.
- Conduct feasibility studies and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for disruptive technologies to validate new product lines.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex user needs into robust technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Generative AI technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define technical direction.
