Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, strategic consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of leading innovation in a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, regulatory compliance, and responsible innovation.
