Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Systems Engineering
- Proven track record commercializing breakthrough technologies ($100M+ revenue impact)
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or carbon-negative data centers
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical AI frameworks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals
- Certification in Futurist Strategy (APF) or equivalent
