- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, architecture, or strategic planning.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), machine learning frameworks, and scalable system design.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and adapt infrastructure accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
