Responsibilities
- Future-Proof Pipelines: Develop and execute recruitment strategies specifically tailored for the 2026 tech landscape, identifying emerging roles in Quantum Computing and Neural Interfaces.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing tools and networks to find elite engineers and data scientists specializing in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with engineering leads to translate complex technical requirements into compelling recruitment narratives.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Nexus Horizon at top-tier tech conferences and hackathons, positioning the company as a leader in the 2026 era.
- Process Optimization: Streamline the hiring lifecycle to reduce time-to-hire while maintaining the highest quality of hire for specialized technical roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of placing candidates in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of the technology stack relevant to 2026, including Python, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to anticipate future hiring needs based on market trends and product roadmap shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
