Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate technological disruptions and strategic opportunities
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for AI/ML systems, data privacy, and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic technology insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry consortia
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through thought leadership, mentorship, and technology evangelism
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite executive roles
- Proven track record of successfully scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certification in strategic foresight, technology forecasting, or equivalent advanced degree (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical, market, and regulatory data
- Demonstrated success in securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and managing R&D portfolios
