- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for 2026 tech incubation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with demonstrable 2020s innovation impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or spatial computing
- Published thought leadership on future tech paradigms (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures through exponential growth phases
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with futurism focus
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
