Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design for 2026-era systems integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Conduct horizon scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation lab environment
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption strategies
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive patent development for novel technological frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of shipping products with 2020+ technological capabilities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong background in at least two domains: AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
- Experience leading global R&D teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
