Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing cutting-edge technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling skills for futuristic tech ROI analysis
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus

- Deep understanding of ethical implications and governance frameworks for emerging tech
