Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with corporate vision
- Research and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and integrate next-gen solutions
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech consortia
- Create executive-level briefings on technology trends and disruption opportunities
- Establish KPIs and ROI frameworks for experimental technology initiatives
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks and responsible development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience building innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong network within tech research communities and venture capital
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
