Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 5-year technology foresight strategy aligned with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Establish KPIs and ROI frameworks for innovation portfolios
- Mentor technical teams on strategic technology adoption
- Present roadmaps to executive stakeholders and external investors
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (preferred)
- Experience with agile methodologies and open innovation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
