Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry predictions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and lead an innovation lab focused on next-generation applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Published thought leadership on tech trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
