Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting to identify breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop comprehensive adoption roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment across global markets
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into enterprise platforms
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force of industry experts and academic partners
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate futurism
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
