- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technological innovation ROI and market impact
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and technological literacy
- Monitor global tech trends, patent landscapes, and regulatory developments affecting 2026+ ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Deep technical knowledge across AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3 domains
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
