Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for internal employees in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain the company's inventory of computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new software tools and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to implement infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain strict security standards and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Server environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to diagnose complex technical problems and provide clear solutions.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends or evenings to support system maintenance.
